Playback Choppy now after months of it Working
#1
I am suddenly having choppy playback with all media within XBMC. The media plays perfectly within TMT5 so I can only assume it has something to do with XBMC. The video isn't fluid and appears to be dropping frames with DVD or BD. Here is a screenshot from a minute or two in to Inglorious Bastards and there is the debugging log. Ignore in the log, me trying to open iso's, i do that through TMT. Can someone help me interpret the data? Or tell me where I should post this if this isn't the case?

Do you have hardware acceleration turned on in settings | video | playback?
Openelec on ASRock ION 330 / Kodi on Win 7 PC

You don't have debug logging enabled. Enable it from System settings, System, Debugging. I note there is a DXVA error in the log, but it's hard to tell whether this is significant with the debug logging.

Thanks. I will try that tonight. I turned on debugging but realized now I forgot to restart xbmc. I have turned on/off hardware acceleration. I have tried a few things like, changed from full screeen to true full screen, re installed drivers, changed skins, etc. Ill repost the debugging log and see what happens. Thanks for the help.
