[AppleTV2] accidentally deleted folder

Question
I deleted the Updates folder by mistake in the Home folder using cyberduck to sftp a zip file. Not sure if the Updates folder was empty to start with because this is a brand new install of xbmc. I know how to make a folder titled Updates but are there missing files that I need to put in that folder? If so were do I get them and how do I install them?

I just copy plugins to that folder so they are easy to install from zip from.
These files used to get deleted when you exit & re-entered XBMC but I'm
not sure if that is the case.

Anyways, I only have a few .zip files that I put there manually,
so I wouldn't think you are missing much.

Question
thank you for your reply. So your Updates folder was completely empty to start with before you started uploading your zips to that folder?
