• You do not have set the "collecting method" option to "scraper" for datas, thumbs and fanarts into Advanced launcher settings.
  
• The scraper www database do not contain any information concerning your games.
  
• You have set a wrong platform to your launcher and so the games you are searching for do not exist on this platform.
  
• Your files are not sufficiently correctly named. So because scraping is based on the filename, you do not have any result.
  
• You do not use the right scraper (mame scraper instead of other games scrapers)
  
• You try to use the "scan for new items" option to scrap already listed items. That's not the way to proceed. You need to delete the items list an perform another scan.

Step 13. At this point you are essentially done. This step is optional, its just a personal preference. The Mednafen executable file is now going to be located in the path Macintosh HD/opt/local/bin/. You can leave it there if you want, since this guide is ultimately for use with Advanced Launcher, you probably won't need to remember where it is. I wanted to move mine to where I keep the rest of my emulators, just for the sake of organization. For notes about setting it up with Advanced Launcher such as Command Line Arguments and what not, refer to the NES section in the first post.

What does he mean here? How can i add it? I cannot find the executable file.

Is it possible to add a folder with hundreds of roms and run a scraper automatically?

Could it be a compatibility issue cause I also have Launcher installed causing a conflict I dunno :S
