Req Question - What device should I buy for XBMC usage only?
#1
Hello everyoneSmile
So, I'm using XBMC on my PC for like 2 months now and it's absolutly amazing.
I showed my parents the program and they asked me to install this in thier bedroom.

So my Q is - What would be the perfect device, for XBMC to be installed on?

The only device usage will be XBMC. It's going to be in thier bedroom so it sould be small and quiet. It should also be fast, stable and with HD video output.

Ideas?
thanksSmile

Since it's going to be in a bedroom, you probably won't care for DTS-HD or Dolby TrueHD. I suggest the $99 Amazon Fire TV.

The Chromebox, simular to the 2028 but with a newer processor. Chromebox doesn't need storage or hardware. The only thing the Chromebox lacks is an integrated IR receiver. You can use a Bluetooth remote or pick up a IR receiver.
