Remote control widget for Kodi/xbmc pull down notifications centre to quickly pause/play, skip & +-30 skip.

I made this for myself, I use xbmcRemote but if I need to pause or skip quickly it can be a bit slow to unlock and open etc. now I simply pull down Notifications Centre even if my phone is locked
I added +30s -30s skip, incase you miss something
