Hello!
I'm struggling with watching live tv on kodi both on Android and on Windows.
I have 15 Mbit/s internet connection, which is supposed to be enough for hd streaming.
Everytime i watch live tv Kodi buffers every minute or so, like it's trying to be the closest to LIVE as possible.
I would like to have an option to buffer for a longer time and watch the stream with a few minutes delay, rather than watch it Live.
After every buffer it goes fast forward in order to catch up with the stream instead of just continue smoothly with a minor delay.
Is it possible to change it somehow? I've tried making an advancedsettings file like this but it didn't help.
Any solutions out there?

You didnt state what version you're using, PVR buffering is confugured differently in advanced settings. For Jarvis you can add:

<minvideocachelevel>x</minvideocachelevel>
<minaudiocachelevel>x</minaudiocachelevel>

I'm using Jarvis, but i didn't understand this method and how it would solve my problem.
I'm a newbie for all this Kodi stuff

Perhaps it would make things clearer if you stated where the stuff you are trying to watch is coming from.
