xgrep, I have the same motherboard and found the 7050 was not good enough for fullscreen just sitting on the home screen in XBMC.
I got an MSI 8600 fanless. Works great.

really? I've had virtually no issues. Fullscreen (720p) menu idles at about 2-3% cpu usage. Which is fine by me since it's a dedicated box.
I did notice that by default the allocated ram for the gpu was too low. (64mb maybe?) Which I upped immediately to it's max.
But yeah, if it comes to a point where it's not keeping up I have the 8xxx series cards in my sights.
