I just updated to Matrix (19.1) and upgraded to npvr 5. All channels show up, with their logos but when I start live tv, there is no option for rewind, fast forward, or pause.

In the live tv buffer directory: my setting is C:\Live TV\  ( I assume I have missed some obvious settting)


EDIT: Never mind, I missed the time shift setting in kodi

Did you check if timeshift is enabled in settings?  Also make sure the initial buffer is 1 or even 0 unless you have troubles with playback and then increment it.
