if its it the bar that shows up in the right top part of the screen it wont let my slide it ?

You have to select the little speaker icon in the pop-up on-screen-display, and then select the 'audio offset' value. That will bring up a slider at the bottom of the screen that will allow you to change the audio delay.

well i installed new video card samething just wont run smooth in XBMC all other movies are fine it just dont like this one
