hi guys, i have some trouble to make a correct config for xorg for my projector.
i also noticed that when i'm wathing a video streaming with a lcd screen everything works well, but when i connect watch with the projector the screen sticks it also doesn't have correct screen size. coud this be the problem and if so how can i fix this

I had a problem like this with my optoma, sounds similar.
With my old amp (pioneer) and a 5m hdmi cable XBMC couldn't select 720p so what I had to do was dump the EDID from the projector using a short cable then configure XORG to use the custom EDID.
Altho since I changed to a yamaha amp I don't have to do this now - so not sure what it was (also using custom EDID broke the sound coming through HDMI)
