I have a few WMV-HD files that play poorly with lag and dropped frames on my aspire revo build (They are about 3-5 GB files each 30 minutes to 1 hour in length). The CPU usage is very low considering I use VDPAU GPU acceleration and I have 2 gigs of RAM in there (512 MB swap).
Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? I've NEVER had problems playing back anything except these files, not even 1080p Avatar from Bluray, which is why this surprised me so much.
