Hi Folks

Started to notice tonight some of my files will hardly play at all, you get 4fps maybe, on files larger than 800mb (so it seems). However i can play them perfectly in VLC or on XBMC on my laptop which is on the wireless! Just to explain my setup i have a file server in the attic and the files stored on a raid 5 array which then stream to my desktop (entire network is gigabit) but as i mentioned the files playback fine outside of XBMC so really looks like an issue with XBMC itself than network related.

Id prefer to avoid rebuilding XBMC if possible

Just fixed the issue! The AMD HDMI Output was only allowing 2 channels for some reason, did a driver update and the issue went away
