However, it locked up on boot then after a week or so, started showing 'sparkles' on the screen, so it got sent back. Is it worth getting another one? For the price, are they any good?


I've also been looking at this one:

Slightly more expensive and runs Android also.

No idea - we don't sell those boxes and we don't create the software that is running on them ... though they use our good name. This won't be happen in the future with kodi now being trademarked and a lot of user won't buy shiny boxes from 3rd party that don't care about support and ship piracy addons installed by default.
