I'm trying to decide what to buy. It's either a HP Chromebox from pc world or a Mele pcg03. I'm just looking at it to be a dedicated kodi player really, but I need it to be able to do the following:
Play blu ray iso from local storage, with no frame issues.
DD & DTS 5.1 from hdmi or spdif
Play MKV, dvd iso and avi, not too fussed with avi though.
Use kodi add ons with no issues
Use aeon no skin with no slow down.
I use a MXIII 2g/8g at the moment and plays things quite well but I'm looking at more dedicated player rather than android. I did try openelec on this box but it made blu ray iso play pretty poor, bad frame rate and very stuttery.
