Win Caching to Hard Drive??

In the "advacedsettings.xml" file , when you add <cachemembuffersize>0</cachemembuffersize> What drive does Kodi cache to?
I would think it would be caching to the drive it is installed on. I am currently running Kodi 15.0 on a Windows 8.1 PC, 16 GB ram, i7 quad core @ 3.40Ghz. I have Kodi installed on Drive "D" my OS is installed on Drive"C". I want to cache on Drive "D". It appears according to the Performance Monitor that Kodi is caching to Drive "C". How can I set Kodi to Cache to Drive "D"? Also what directory/folder dose Kodi cache to?

Thank you

DK

Why would you want it to write to the HDD, which is generally slower than RAM when you have 16GB available. The "0" is nominally used for systems that have low RAM, i.e. RPi.
No performance benefit, in fact its a loss.

Where ever the temp folder is on Windows. See special protocol (wiki). I don't believe you can change it, not without using something like portable mode.
