#1
Hi all,

I have a really low internet connection so I am looking for a setting (I guess to be put on advancedsettings.xml) that allow me to waiting for X seconds before play the video in streaming.
I am searching anywhere without success.
Could you help?

The feature you're looking for is called the "pause" button. Smile

Not sure if there is a setting you can change.

Believe it or not streaming video is not what Kodi is about. It is primarily a media player for your local legally owned content.

Hi Dangelus,
thank you for the precious help. Rofl
Currently I have some problem streaming Youtube videos.
I have a really bad internet connection.
Appreciate if someone could explain me a setting to "delay" the streaming for X seconds putting it in pause.

Thanks

In the Youtube add-on I believe you can set it to stream in lower quality such a 480p or lower which is ideal for people with limited bandwidth.
