Have a question

On some kodi installations where I have created playlists, the playlists are available as backgrounds for menu items... other machines don't display the playlists in the list... any thoughts? I've restarted, rebooted but nothing...

Skin settings --> Smart shortcuts --> Enable smart shortcuts for playlists
