For some reason I cannot see the option to install the Titan skin from the "Kodi Official" repository on my Jarvis 16.1 install on Android TV.

I am however, able to see it available in the repository on the JArvis 16.1 install on my Windows 10 PC.


Is this a PC only Skin?

Note: I was able find it with "get More" for the skins on SPMC... However it ran very slow and would crash

In that case your system isn;t powerfull enough to handle Titan. It is a pretty heavy skin if you enable all bells and whistles, especially layouts like the Netflix screen
