as far as i can tell, this is limited to DTS, and while smoothvideo is enabled.
1. 21082 and 21030 (not sure about any before or inbetween)
2. Vista 32bit SP1
3. Intel q6600 @ 2.4GHz
4. 2GB
5. nvidia 7950gt 512mb driver 185.85
6. CMI8768+
7. n/a
8. SVN 21082 and 21030
9. Playing the intro to band of brothers (because its the easiest to hear) varies ALOT in pitch while smoothvideo is enabled, this doesnt happen with the dts converted to AC3. no frames are dropped, and no vblanks are missed. happens at all refresh rates and all levels of "resample quality"
