I'm going to build a HTPC in the next few weeks.
I've narrowed my choices to the following 2 builds:

In the first build I don't need a DVD-drive since I have one lying around with a IDE interface.
In the second build, I need to buy one since the asrock motherboard doesn't have a IDE interface.

I'm going to use it for watching movies, Sickbeard, Couchpotato, sabnzbd.

the first build is nice.. I don't see the point in going for the ION motherboard if it isn't to use a very small case, so I'd get the first one.

Only thing I don't like is the 1TB drive. I'd rather get a 2TB one, it's a better deal.

but the GeForce 210 wont play 3D movies nor Bitstream Dolby True-HD & DTS-HD Master audio....

I don't mind at all.
My tv is too old to support those things.
I just want hardware decoding of my movies.
