Well Shoutcast service is broken in Navi-X as well now. Well, I'd say go **** AOL.
Get Navi-X 3.5.3, there is a new radio service named "radiotime" which seems to have a lot of the stations, that shoutcast offers, too. At least for me, I mainly listen to alternative stations, I find all of my favorites in radiotime as well, like 181.FM, or 1.FM.

dude, maybe you wanna look into radiotime regarding a native plugin? maybe you can use shoutcast code as a base. from my view, the radiotime content looks a lot like shoutcast to me.

Hi, I fixed and rewritte shoutcast add-on for new api.
You can't use it without Developer ID Number. Don't ask me DEV ID please. I don't have it. I just use someones id for fix the code.

I Hope TEAM XBMC take DEV ID and update shoutcast add-on for everybody.

The zip added the repo. You still need to go to the repo and install the addon.

Hello everyone!

Just a quick post to let you know, that I have made the Shoutcast add-on v1.1.1 on XBMC Dharma work. The modified default.py for the addon can be found here. Seems that beside API modifications Shoutcast also bans the XBMC user agent. So I had to apply a dirty little workaround with urllib2.Request. Hope you like it and we'll be seeing the Shoutcast addon in the repos again soon. Feel free to change FAKEHEADER as you wish to any other user agent string.
