Hey guys,
after getting suspend to work (http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=232707), I have AGAIN problems - but a completely other scenario:
When trying to suspend/hibernate, system does simply nothing (not going down). Sometimes there's a spinning circle in the lower right corner of the screen: spinning and spinning and spinnig ... but nothing more.
I tried:
Booting in recovery mode lets me suspend/hibernate correctly!
dmesg tells me two matches:
So ... what?
Any suggestions?

I tried:
- supending through console changes nothing
- using other kernels - nothing changed
- export "PM_DEBUG=true" - I get some (for me useless) informations (saying several times "sucessful" but NEVER "error " or sth. like that), but again no changes
- does nothing tooCode:
echo [freezer|devices|platform|processors|core] > /sys/power/pm_test
echo platform > /sys/power/disk
echo disk > /sys/power/state
- unloading all modules listed by "lsmod | cut -d " " -f1 | xargs" doesn't change anything
Booting in recovery mode lets me suspend/hibernate correctly!
dmesg tells me two matches:
Code:
tty tty0: hash matches
tty console: hash matches
So ... what?
Any suggestions?
