Now i've updated to the newest and had problems with pvr (using zattoo mainly). Video & sound stutters randomly(+ out of sync), sometimes even buffering.
Already narrowed it down to #0111 (working) and #0127 (stuttering), but will continue testing when im back home
i'm using hifiberry dac+ pro with external power supply if that matters
any idea which # and what could cause it?

This particular driver is doing rather weird stuff, like manipulating PCM512x registers and using snd_interval_ratnum (to optimize rate selection?) and unfortunately I don't have such a card and the Hifiberry folks didn't react when I pinged them on github in the PR.(2018-02-21, 20:10)adiadore Wrote: with #0216

@HiassofT any thoughts? It seems like "kernel 4.14.y: fix DAC S24_LE support" is the only related change in that build.

I've prepared a completely untested but hopefully working fix for it (details are in the RPi kernel PR). It should be included in tomorrow's testbuild, please report back if it works.
