I read about the newest builds (with possible support of HDR), therefore:

It's about HDR and the Gemini Lake CPUs (J4005 vs J5005):

I know that HDR is a work in progress and that gemini lake and above should be able to properly show HDR.
And i know, that the J4005 is the lowest end of the gemini lake with UHD 600 and that J5005 is probably the better choice (2vs4 cores, UHD 600 vs 605).

The question is: should 4k 60Hz with 10bit HDR run as well on the J4005?
I mean should i get J5005 or will J4005 (for hardware decoding) produce the same?

Asking because in this test (https://www.elefacts.de/test-68-intel_nu...windows_10) which is running on Kodi in Windows, the test file did run perfectly on the J5005, but not on the 4005.
Ands the CPU speed was not the problem (was at 20-30% usage).
Can anyone confirm that 4k 60Hz 10bit will make problems with J4005?

Netflix and TVNOW works with #0219, thank you very much for that! :-)

A not so important problem: The addon "Picture Slideshow Screensaver" always shows video fanart. I set up a photo directory where it should show my own photos. This is completely ignored. And the third option "music fanart" does not work, too. Only a loading screen is shown.

Two other addons also have problems and throw errors in the log:

Thank you Milhouse for reintroducing dvb drivers addon.
It works perfectly now.
Can I make you a request?
I have a Geniatech hdstar v3.
Drivers are broken in kernel builds and media_build branch.
Support is given from here https://launchpad.net/~b-rad/+archive/ub...+hauppauge and here https://gitlab.com/updatelee/v4l-updatelee
Crazycat has updated his media_build repository with https://github.com/b-rad-NDi/media_tree/...e-3103b.v2  with firmware https://bitbucket.org/CrazyCat/media_bui...es.tar.bz2
Compiled in Ubuntu (kernel 5.5.5) and it works perfectly with all my three dvb adapters, including hdstar v3
Tried your new builds, but seems that "crazycat tbs drivers" are from "linux-tbs-drivers" repository and not from "media_build" one.
So in Libreleelec we have three drivers to choose from: default, media_build (not Crazycat's) and Crazycat tbs.
Unfortunately neither of them has support for our hdstar v3.
There's no possibility to include Crazycat media_build in future releases, or another repository that works?
Thank you,
sdf

Thank you,
sdf

I have this reply from a colleague:
Quote:I am quite sure crazycat supports it already, maybe it is now broken or something else happend, I can't access the forum for now

pls activate crazycat and reboot, then post dmesg log (dmesg | paste)
So please activate crazycat, reboot, then upload dmesg (or kodi log from LE addon as this includes dmesg info) and post the link.
