So I just recently got my music library set up on XBMC. While scrolling through it I realized that one of my artists repeats - The Shins show up as both "The Shins" and "Shins, The". They are my only artist to do this. The same songs show up under both names. Any way to remove the second? I did check all my tags on my PC, all the albums are in a folder called "The Shins" and the artist name on the tags is "The Shins".

Hi. 1st try and clean your library... System>Music>Library>Clean Library...

This should clear incorrect items, if they are still there after the clean, I guess that your ID3 tags might have issues.

Please check that your "Artist" & "Album Artists" are the same!
I suggest to use a program to the likes of Tag&Rename to manage ID3 tags.

There is also a field that contains the composer... I think that I had left that blank on my files.
