Hi everyone hopefully someone can help me figure this one out.

Basically last night I noticed it was taking about 30 seconds to start up any media, so thought something strange going on with my network but no went and check on my other HTPC and they were quick as normal (One is an AMD X2, 4GB Ram & the other is an Dual core Atom with 4GB Ram).

Then thought maybe it was a problem with the skin I was using so I changed that back to confluence but still having the problem. Finally decided to turn on debugging, which is when I found my CPU usage was hitting up to 70% just browsing my library but would drop back down to nothing when playing a movie or tv show.

System Specs:
AMD Phenom X4 620 2.8GHz
4GB Ram
GT430
Win 7 pro
XBMC 10.1

Have DXVA2, vsync and post processing enabled

Have all media pre-scraped with ember.

Seems to be having this problem when I install any skin apart from confluence. CPU usage goes up and memory is just all over the place. removing the skins do not fix the problem only a reinstall does.

Anyone able to help? Can't figure out why third party skins are screwing up my xbmc

Ran a memtest today everything was all good there so going to reinstall win 7 and start from scratch later this week, or possible go to Linux since I have an nvidia card in the system now. Hoping that will fix my problem
