Hello,

Is it possible to set the genre on an episode level in XBMC. The reason that I ask is that I would like to create a smart playlist of holiday shows and the only way that I can think to do it would be to set the genre on holiday episodes of TV Shows to something like <genre>holiday</genre>.
Even though I did not see the <genre> tag on the Wiki page for nfo files and episodes, I tried adding the tag to an episode, refreshed the episode then pulled up the genres and it wasn't recognized.
So is this possible to do or maybe to add the ability to store episodic genre in the db?

Genre is IMO not the right term for it. You'd want a different flag for it (eg keyword type thing) which we currently don't support. A patch would be considered.
