those of us who frequent the forums here tend to do so in our free time, and help in our free time. Asking for something to be done for money is generally frowned upon, you might have better luck to either 1. make a donation to the team, or learn how to make the add on yourself.

if you are choosing between the two of those, you will probably find it easier to make a plugin if you use mediacore as it has a nice documented api (which even includes a python example) - looks like clipshare would require scraping.

maybe you would be better off coming back when you have the site sorted. then if you haven't managed to make a plugin yourself and people here are interested enough in your content they might help out.
