Hi!

My Apple Tv 2 won't allow me to play the videos i have on my iMac, it finds all of them but can open any of them Sad

Please help me!

Is your iMac running Lion? Apple changed samba on Lion and it doesn't work with ATV/XBMC. You'll need to use a different protocol or instead a third party samba program on your iMac.

In other words, use AFP or install "SMBUp"

Having the same problem...from the looks of it, it seems like it has trouble mounting the SMB share. I think my router may have changed IPs for NAS etc. Still, over UPnP, I'm having the same problem.
