I was reading at the wiki areas and here, but I did not find what I was looking for. I was wondering, can you have two hard drives with two movie folders (to separate the SD from the HD movies) and still have all the movies show up in the "Movie" section of the main menu?

Would it be;

C:\ main OS drive
D:\Movies\titles This drive would contain the SD movie downloads
E:\Movies\titles This drive would contain the HD movie downloads

I want to plop down some money for a NAS box, but this year looks to be a "use all my parts I have already" year so I have two spare drives.

Just add both of them as movie media source.
XBMC wi'll scan and combine them automaticly to show only one movie database

Yes

Library mode will always combine all items no matter how they are added as a source but its also possible to do what you want in file mode
