i'm in the process of installing xbmc on a friends laptop, which is a dual core, 1.66ghz, 2gb ram, running windows xp.

I can install xbmc, but as soon as i double click to start, i get the following:
Capplication::create()failed - check log file and that it is writeable.

Any suggestions, cos i am baffled!!

Actually i solved it by searching the forum, had to update video card!!
