All,
This is my first XBMC installation and I cannot play any media.
I am running XBMC pre-11.0 on an ATV2
My SMB share is running on a MacBook Pro running Lion (10.7)
I am able to browse and see files in my video and music folders.
When I try to play mp3 files I get the following output in xmbc.log:
12:57:32 T:132530176 M:113741824 DEBUG: CFileCache::Open - opening <iTunes Music/The Arcade Fire/Unknown Album/02 Intervention.mp3> using cache

unix_err:'4e' error : 'Function not implemented'

12:57:32 T:132530176 M:113741824 DEBUG: Playlist Player: no more playable items... aborting playback
Similar errors are given when I try to play video files. This does not appear to be the sharing issue that many Lion users are complaining of, or perhaps I'm wrong? It seems more like a problem with codecs, but again I'm new to the community.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
