Please generate a new debug log and put it on pastebin.com. Keep it as simple as possible e.g. start XBMC, wait a minute or two for all the scanning to finish, then click on something that causes a freeze.

i removed all the occurrences as you suggested and it did help!
XBMC got back to normal

but what am i suppose to do now? these movies work fine if i play them on media player or VLC..

I would try using HandBrake (http://handbrake.fr/) to resample the files. There must be something odd about the format that is upsetting XBMC.

If you put one of the files (the smallest!) somewhere I can download it I will have a look and see if I can spot what the problem is.
