Mine came with the Z68/HT motherboard.
Absolute junk - Didn't work at all was dead on arrival. Asrock support do not reply to emails.
I opened it up to have a look and it's clear its very cheaply made.
I wont recommend it to anyone.
Now using a FLIRC + Harmony One and very happy

Well I got that remote with my Asrock 3D Vision, and I got no problems at all. Just working out of the box.
