If you want to be 100% sure, the recommended RAM on their website are the safest choices.....here is one of the recommended RAM- Kingston HyperX X2 Grey Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3.(2012-03-20, 05:38)bluray Wrote: Well, this case "SilverStone SG06B Aluminum/SECC SFX 300 W with 80 PLUS certification Power Supply" will be feature in my next build. For $119 shipped, you'll get a very well built Silverstone case and Silverstone included a very good 300w PSU too. I thought that it might be good for your A8-3870K build too...
If you want to read more customer reviews, you can read it here- Customer Reviews of the Silverstone SG06-B....
If you want to save a little more money, you can opt for 4gb of ram instead. 4gb is all you need for W7+XBMC HTPC.....
That is only 4gb of ram 2 x 2gb. I am looking on the ASRock site and it doesn't show this ram I got from eskros guide working with the motherboard. Any ideas?
Damn, I already ordered it. Oh well I guess I will give it a try. I thought I had to have 1866.
