some of the videos play are not full screen, any setting to play them on full scree.
Using: AP2, XBMc, Icefilms and other many repositries

Do you mean to say that it does not fill your screen and has black bars on the side? This is because that is how the original video was made. You can stretch (distort) the video to fill the screen, or zoom in. Press and hold play while a video is playing to bring up the OSD and select the video options. It will have both stretching and zooming options there.

what is OSD and when i press play apple tv remote it just pauses it!

Hold it down until you see some icons like play, fast forward, etc (this is the On Screen Display). The video settings will be the icon that looks like a film reel.

Alternatively, you can go into the video settings and set the default for 4:3 content... if you want it always stretched to fit the screen.
