texturepacking or lack of fixed in trunk. Texturepacker needs SDL (build side) so when SDL is not present, it skips the creation of Textures.xbt BUT packaging needs to also know this or it strips all png/jpg as they are assumed packed into Textures.xbt.

I had thought we include SDL on build toolchain for iOS but we do not.
