Been using XBMC for movies and TV shows for a while now, just decided to add my music to it.

When I go to the Music menu item if gives me sorting options: Artist, Album, Song, etc... I always want it to go into the Album sorting, is there a way to default XBMC to do this? I think it is very in-elegant to have to choose the option every time when I go to the Music menu. TV shows and Movies don't make me choose a sorting method every time I go into them.

Is what I want possible?

You'd have to modify the skin. Some are more modded than others, and they each have their own sub-forums. Might want to start browsing/searching there.
