I'm using XBMC Eden (beta 1) and have Mezzmo running as my UPNP server

I've added my upnp library as a source within XBMC and it works great. When I make changes to the Mezzmo server, I have to restart the server process.

unfortunately, this breaks the link in Xbmc's library and I have to re-add it.

any reasons why the link keeps breaking?

UPnP doesn't work with XBMC's library since the network file paths are dynamic.

that's strange considering its listed as an option when adding sources. Any other ways to stream media over a network with the ability to transcode?
