I am using HTPC for long time now i had a LED TV (LG 37LE5500)
Connected with WireWorld Chroma 6 HDMI ver.1.4 (2.0m)
Everything was working PERFECTLY and fast !
I buy a new screen 3D-LED T.V (LG 42LW450Y)
And didn't change a thing !
And now it is not perfect at all no fast and choppy
HTPC: Asus P8P67, DDR3 1600Mhz 4GB Kingston, Intel Core i7 2600K, Sapphire HD 6790 1GB GDDR5, 6TB 7200RPM, HT OMEGA Claro, Thermaltake ARMOR MX+.

HDMI handshake issues are weird and buggy sometimes. I.E. your computer could play HD video just fine out assuming it only had to deliver the signal compatible with HDMI standard 1.3 and your new TV says it has to receive a higher HDMI data standard which in turn is buggy with Windows with your set-up somehow.
