Hi,

I have some problems with some .ts video files that is continuously stopping and buffers every few seconds. I have tried almost all tips I have found regarding optical output, 16 bit sound etc. without any luck. I primary uses NFS to access my NAS but have tried with SMB and FTP as well with the same result. I am running a wired connection from my ATV. My old Xtreamer MediaPlayer plays everything without problems connected at the same place.

Version of iOS/ATV: 4.4.4 (3330)

VideoToolBox does not like that h264 so it kicks back to ffmepg. I'd like a sample, 50-100MBs from the beginning. Make sure the sample does the same thing.

On osx/linux, use dd, man dd for more info. On windows, I personally don't run windows so can't help with that.

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately I use mainly Windows. I have tried a few apps I have found but I can't get any to do the work.

Anyone else that have any suggestions how to create a sample file from a .TS movie?

Finally I have managed to split the file. I have tested that the same problem occur on the ATV when I try to play the new file as well.

Let me know if there is any problem to access the file.

I don't get 'invalid avcC atom data' on that sample BUT

Frame rate : 50.000 fps

Not a chance right now. We can't render 50/60 fps video on atv2 yet.
