I put XBMC in the startup folder, and XBMC does startup windows - however it is always minimized when windows boots up.

Any fix for this?

Try using startup parameter: -d 10.
If thats no enough try 15.

Oh sorry.
Right click on the shortcut>properties and add " -d 10" behind "C:\Program Files (x86)\XBMC\XBMC.exe" (ofc your path can look different).

This just adds an delay so the program that "steals" focus is already loaded.
