Na i was just kidding. I don't know why it works for Ned. But i say it the last time here and then i won't follow the thread anymore.
It is not supported to have both (native AirPlay and XBMC AirPlay) enabled at the same time. Nearly all users have the same situation like you when enabling both (e.x. itunes sees both instances but iDevices only see the native one which leads to crashing when using it while XBMC is running).
With not supported i mean (to make myself clear even more). I won't dig into that problem.
