I know some of the picoPSU external bricks have fans built in (which increase noise) - is this the case with the 120W?

Been following this thread with interest for a while. Am gonna use an ISK110 but not so sure about the A6-3500. The htpc will be used as a htpc (no surprise there) but also for console emulators. Has anybody here tried emulators on their 6-pack and what's the verdict? The other cpu i'm considering is the i3-3225. The reason being that i assume that the stronger cpu would benefit emulators. Any thoughts?

Just thinking about that and.. The Scythe "Big Shuriken 2" CPU Cooler does not support FM2. Does the brakets will really need to be different than the FM1? I would like to grab one of those new FM2 mobo / apu but don't want to wait months until Scythe release a rev C to support FM2 sockets.
Thanks
