xbmc-20120606-66520ff-master-ios.deb gives me just a black screen

As subject says, the most recent nightly build xbmc-20120606-66520ff-master-ios.deb stayed dark. After >30 seconds I gave up. xbmc-20120528-64fd446-master-ios.deb works better. Starting the "old" xbmc takes just a few seconds.
Its an iPad 1 with IOS 5.1.1.
