hi guys
i am trying set a few strm files with links to live tv streaming.

now the main link is
http://switch206-01.castup.net/cunet/gm....ar=LiveBkp

from it i parse the mms url and play it.
if i put the main link in vlc it plays.

if i put it in XBMC i get a slide (from the streaming network) that it is not supported.

i check the logs and see this

the mms url will change in an hour so it wont work and i will need to run the main url to retrieve a new mms url.
if i put the long ass url i got in xbmc into vlc it play it nicely and live. but inside xbmc i get an error.
what could it be ? after all it does play mms stream and it does parse the correct url and i know it is working.
why cant it play in xbmc (version 11).

any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

I have exactly the same issue - mms play fine in VLC but the same stream does not play video in XBMC, though I can hear audio only of the stream.

Any progress on this?
