when trying to play an xvid (SD mp3) video, xbmc player runs video slow, stutering, with heavy mouse lag on xbmc gui. Audio plays fine at first but then stops. Video keeps playing slow. Cpu usage is +-8% and Fps <5 according to debug overlay

what are your toughts
i wanted to try reencoding the audio, maybe to ac3, but i want to leave the video intact. Know any tool to do it?
edit: just tried virtual dub to transcode the audio, tried mp3 CBR 192, and now its okey..
now if i i could find a tool or a way to automate this.. there are 80 files i need to do this xd
edit2: found avidemux , seems to be working http://www.avidemux.org/admWiki/doku.php...processing , and the problema was all along the mp3 audio, which according to avidemux was VBR
