I want see movies by categories (e.g comedy, horror and etc'..),
I want to add movies only by its name without the actual file, something like a wish list.

Is this things possible to do?

if you have scanned your movies into the library, you can click on movies, and then you may need to go up a level, but genres are there. movies are listed by title.

For your second question, check out: Media_stubs (wiki)
In your case, you won't have the actual DVD media to insert, but it will at least create library data for a movie that you don't actually have as a file.

Another option is to simply create empty files with the appropriate filename (matching the movie title) and extension (avi, mpg, mkv, etc.) and scan them into your library.
