please post the <skinsettings> part from your guisettings.xml on pastebin/xbmclogs. cannot reconstruct that.
you´re using nox GIT master branch + xbmc frodo?

I think I've got that figured out, but I haven't been able to set a custom menu item in Nox 4.0 to the edited video node. I tried creating a custom menu with a label of "videodb://1/2/" for the movie title node, but it doesn't work that way.

Is there a way to link these customized video nodes to Nox's menu? Thanks!

Finally figured out how to create menu items in Nox that point to my customized video nodes...for example, here's the one for my recently added movies:

Hi Phil, I'm trying to configure the info line for smart playlists that I've added to the home menu.

When I click on Set InfoLine and then Smart Playlist Manager, I'm able to add the smart playlists in the slots and select the VPL specific options but only library stats for one playlist is displayed. I remember you saying that smart playlists for Frodo 4 will be broken for a couple of weeks, so is this an expected behaviour?

I'm so embarrassed to ask this question - but is there any other setting other than the in the general skin settings to activate the quick list option for Shutdown? I can't get it to display.

yes, expected. still didn´t fix the smart playlist stuff.
quicklist for shutdownmenu is also buggy I think. will look at that.

just tried your settings and my low list does not darken. you probably do not use newest GIT.

4.0 hasn't yet been updated to take advantage of frodo's custom video nodes, correct?
I believe it involves something about using library://video/ instead of videodb://

I would like to ask you for a feature. Would it be possible to have an option to choose between Stretch or Scale for Movie Boxset ? Actually, I use this kind of Boxset, but with the scale option, they appear with edges cut. The workaround i'm actually using is modifying the view type xml, but it doesn't work for each view, and everytime Aeon is updated, i have to do the same work. An alternative solution would be to show all boxset stretched, which doesn't really mater for peaople using classic images but would be perfect for those using the same king of image as i do.

As I understand it, if you're using the old style paths (videodb://), any changes the user has done to the default video nodes will be ignored. Using library://video/ will make it use of the custom video nodes.

hi, i really like Aeon Nox( using the latest git) and I just wanted to ask three Questions:

1. Are you planning to make use of music artist banners, for instance like you do in the low list view of TV shows?
2. I really don't know if this is skin related or a xbmc restriction: I'm using the low list view in my music db for artists with extra fanarts as background, when I enter an artist, the albums are shown as well as an additional item for all songs, why is it that when i select the all songs item a random background is shown and not one of the backgrounds belonging to the artist?
3. I really like the new fade in of the albums from the ground when you enter the cover flow view (don't know the real view name ATM), but IMO it would be also cool if the album fade away back in the ground when you leave the view, ATM leaving the view is so, don't know how to say, abrupt.

1. We'll look into that.
2. Because the all items does not have a fanart associated to it, so it falls back to the main menu backgrounds or default backgrounds.
3. Animations are on the list for 4.0.0. We'll improve that before release.
