anyone know if there are any plans to release an 11.x release with the new features in the monthly cycles before frodo?

no. only the Frodo 12.0 release will be next

i meant like a stable release. e.g 11.1 like with dharma

We were going to do a bug fix release for Eden (which would have been 11.1) but things fell through on that (it's been a very busy year). It should go more smoothly for v12.
